Hands down, I am drinking the best cup of coffee I have ever had! I followed your recommendation of one tablespoon (whole bean) per 3 oz. of water in the porcelain cone drip, filtered water just below boiling, and I couldn't be happier! I wouldn't even dream of adding cream to this perfectly smooth well balanced coffee. Your Brazilian ‘Poço Fundo’ tastes creamy without the cream! I wish I could drink a gallon of it right now.
