- Buy freshly roasted coffee...Coffee is ideal from one day to one week after roasting and goes stale after two weeks - buy fresh from your local roaster.
- Store wisely...Keep your Noble Coffee dry, out of the light, and at room temperaturethe bag it came in is ideal. Don't refrigerate or freeze your coffee.
- Grind as you brew...Coffee is ground to expose the oils to water, but it also exposes the oils to the air - coffee stales four times faster when ground!
- Measure carefully...Use two level tablespoons of ground coffee per 'cup' (six ounces of water). If the coffee is strong, grind it a bit coarser and vice versa.
- Don't forget the water...Coffee is 99% waterif it's not good to drink, it's not good for your coffee. Always pour clean water into clean equipment.
